When my horse (Silver) got caught in the fence he had very severe injuries, from his tail to his fetlocks on both rear legs. The vet said with injuries this severe and in the dead of Summer...not only would there be infection but there would be no way to prevent maggots considering the wound could not be wrapped because it needed to drain. It would be a daily battle with no guarantees. Fortunately, we were able to get Silver, Nature's REMEDE right away.

The benefits of Nature's REMEDE were visible almost immediately. Within days there was new pink skin showing through and no infection. Not only that...the flies stayed away (no maggots). In the pictures, you can see the progression from severe puncture wounds and lacerations to healthy new skin (no proud flesh).  Nature's REMEDE sped up the healing process and kept the flies off! This is Chico, my first Haflinger!  He and I were out for a ride and a vicious dog that was tied out, began barking at us.  Suddenly the dog broke his bonds and came straight for us.  I knew this was not going to end well!  I dismounted immediately, just as the dog attacked.  Chico hit a tree. This is Bravo, a precious Haflinger that likes to his nose into EVERYTHING!  He was put into a new pasture and cut his nose on something...the wound allowed a viral wart type of infection.  I had NEVER seen anything like this.  According to the internet...it was going to take a long time to heal.  They do go away...but it takes time.  

WELL, we decided to slather Nature's REMEDE on it as you can tell in the first pic.  Yes, there was some sunburn on his tender soft nose as well.  The next time we went out to check...2 days later...look at our surprise!  Warts, Gone! Sunburn, Gone! and only the deepest parts of the wound were left but definitely healing nicely.

  • I was given a sample of Nature’s REMEDE a while back, and while I am thankful I have not had any serious injuries, there have been minor issues in which I found the product to work wonders. First, were a few minor bouts of poison oak where I found it effective in soothing the itching, and when I applied it thick it dried and created a clear soothing barrier. Overall, I found that REMEDE minimized the itching, oozing and spreading of the poison oak quite well, which seemed to allow it to clear up quicker than usual. The second time I used it was on a kitchen burn where hot oil splattered on the sensitive inside skin of my forearm. I did not think about applying it for a few minutes, but when I did, I was impressed that the stinging and burning stopped immediately AND the relief lasted more than just a few seconds as some treatments do. I applied it a few times during the day, and the next day there was almost no indication of the burn and within a few days, it was gone. It never scabbed up and left no scarring. I now keep Nature’s REMEDE in my fridge and it will be the first thing I reach for when the inevitable household burn occurs. Highly recommended!

  • It’s always a gamble when trailering a horse anywhere, especially with other horses. My horse Bravo was already accident prone and on our way home after a trail ride we heard a loud thump and the truck bounced. Of course when you have a combined total weight of 4000 pounds being towed behind you this is a reason to pull over and check it out. What I found was a large cut below my horses left eye. So close I couldn't tell if it had hit his eye until I cleaned the blood off. There was no way to wrap it and I knew it was only a matter of time before the flies started in. He had gotten into a disagreement with gelding beside him and threw his head into the side of the trailer. This resulted in a large triangle slice that just missed his eye. His skin was still attached on one side. Once home I applied Natures Remede immediately and kept it on. He loved the cooling sensation and I had no worries about it leaking into his eye. End result was the flies never touched it and it healed beautifully! We never use anything else!

I was heating up oil to brown my chuck roast for the crock pot and let it get too hot to where it splashed back on my forearm. This happened on a Tuesday and I got some silver sulfa cream from my doctor. The wound began to turn green and looked infected and pussy. As a nurse, with ICU experience, I was worried. The burn was 2nd degree and getting deeper and the tissue looking more unhealthy. I was concerned I might have to have skin grafting. Five days after the original burn, I went to church where I was encouraged to try a bottle of Nature’s Remede product that was for sale there. It was amazing. I put some on when I got home and wrapped the wound. Within 2 hours the sluffy green wound was pink and no drainage! To watch the quick healing progress was nothing short of rapid and miraculous. It has now been 4 months and the pictures speak volumes. Unless you were to look closely at my forearm and see a darker area under the skin that looks like a light bruise, you would never know I was burned at all!

As a Veterinary Assistant, it was among my responsibilities to care for animals that were recovering from surgery. One dog, in particular, as she was still groggy from the anesthesia, latched onto my left ear. She refused to release it! I finally was able to pull her off and assess the damage.  My earlobe was barely attached at this point.  I grabbed a handful of gauze to apply pressure while my coworker drove me to the ER.  The doctor cleaned and put 22 sutures all around the earlobe to bring it back together as it should be, but there were many risks with this.

1) The risk of infection from an animal bite is high. 2) The human ear does not have a lot of blood vessels compared to other parts of the body and with such extensive injury, good blood flow is necessary to keep the tissue alive. 3) Injuries to the ear such as this requires a compression bandage for 24 hours to keep the ear from forming a hematoma (cauliflower ear) or disfiguration.  I could not apply Nature’s REMEDE until after the compression bandage was removed after 24 hours.  I began applying Nature’s REMEDE as soon as the bandage was removed (2 to 3 times daily).  The progress from here was astounding, as the once unattached lobe, began to heal with amazing progress, thanks to this product.

  • I had to write you and tell you about your amazing product. You were so generous and gave me a container at the Spring Bazaar. I have used it on bites and small wounds on the horses and it worked great. But last Monday, I was in the shop and the big crow bar came down and punctured my arm.   • It was two days before Christmas, and my husband (who is disabled and uses a walker) decided to go check the mailbox after dark. The driveway is gravel and uneven. I was not home at the time. Frequently Asked Questions

  • Cats are very sensitive to essential oils! Be very careful when using any essential oils on or even near a cat. Best advice… open the bottle and allow the cat to get near it. If the cat runs away, do not use it on the cat. Cats naturally know what is good for them and what is not. Trust your cat's instincts. That being said, I have had many, many customers that used it on their beloved cats and they had no problems at all. One cat had been bitten by a rattlesnake! It healed up nicely. Always use caution, but so far in the many years we have been selling NR and using it, we have never heard it having an adverse reaction on a cat.

  • Absolutely! We used it on ourselves years before we ever used it on our dogs and horses. I recommend you look at our ingredient list if you are allergic to any specific essential oil or aloe vera.

  • Yes, but keep in mind this is a topical ointment, not to be used internally. As I mentioned above, with Alopecia, I lost all my eyelashes as well. The eye area is very sensitive. I wash my eyes and remove all makeup every night, after which I apply a light coat of NR over both eyes and rub it in well. It will sting a bit if you get it in your eye itself, but if you rub it in until it is absorbed, it is fine. Yes, even my eyelashes grew back. They took longer. But they grew back. I had lost my eyelashes a year prior to the patches on my scalp.

    As for the “nether regions”... I have had many women whisper to me quietly, that NR has helped them with “issues in delicate areas” and they were ever so grateful.

  • I buy different essential oils from different suppliers. I always try to buy the absolute highest quality out there and I also am particular about the origin of the essential oils. Even though the chemical components of the same plant grown in different areas are technically the same, I do find differences in the consistency, the color and the aroma. Many times this question is asked because the person wants to know if I buy from some of the better known essential oil MLM type companies. The answer is no. Reasons are twofold. One - I am trying to keep my costs as low as possible without sacrificing quality so I can pass it on to you. Two - I need to buy quantities that are not available with most MLM type companies. Again, this is a savings, I pass onto you.

  • I am the developer of NR and each batch is made with care by my husband and myself. So we are not buying it from a wholesaler and reselling it.
